Who we are
DrawSolve is operated by DrawSolve, Inc. This policy explains what personal information the DrawSolve website and service collect, who receives it, and how long it is kept. You can reach us at support@drawsolve.com.
This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. If you email us, we use your address and your message only to answer you and, if you wrote to notify@drawsolve.com, to tell you when early access opens.
What the service collects
When you use the service we collect your email address and account details, the content of the studies you create (everything you submit for a study, and the analysis produced), and a record of your purchases and balance. Your payment details are collected by Link, not by DrawSolve.
Public and private studies
Please note: public studies are offered at a heavy discount, and in exchange they become the property of DrawSolve, Inc. You keep access to your study as long as the service operates and may choose to remain anonymous, but DrawSolve may publish, distribute, modify, or otherwise use a public study as it sees fit. If you want to retain ownership and confidentiality of your results, choose a private study. Do not submit confidential or proprietary material to a public study.
Who receives your data
We use these providers to run the service:
- Supabase: accounts, and the database that holds them.
- Google Cloud: hosting, computing and file storage.
- Resend: delivery of account emails.
- Third-party AI model providers: they process the content of a study to generate its analysis. All AI vendors we use are under zero data retention policies.
Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe affiliate and the merchant of record, which collects and processes your payment details independently, under its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep your account and your studies while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your private studies and your personal details from our live systems; purchase records are kept in anonymised form, and published public studies stay published without your name.
Deleted data can persist for a limited time in the copies we keep to recover from failures: daily database backups, kept for 7 days; a nightly export of our purchase and balance records, kept for 30 days; and previous versions of stored files, kept for a limited period under object versioning.
