Terms of Service

Acceptance

These terms govern your use of DrawSolve, a service operated by DrawSolve, Inc. ("DrawSolve", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

DrawSolve produces live, interactive studies of engineering questions. The public library is free to browse without a subscription; custom analysis is paid.

Accounts

You need an account to view the public library or purchase custom analysis. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, email support@drawsolve.com. You can delete your account; what happens to your data when you do is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it, circumvent its usage limits, or submit material you do not have the right to submit.

Your studies

Who owns a study, and who may publish it, depends on whether it is public or private. See "Public and private studies" in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds and disputes

DrawSolve purchases are processed by Link, a Stripe affiliate and the merchant of record, under Link's refund policy. You can request a refund within 60 days if your purchase was not received, not as described, corrupted, or unauthorised. Change-of-mind refunds are not available, and a delivered analysis is refundable only in those four cases.

Payment covers the generation and delivery of an analysis, not its correctness to your specific engineering problem. DrawSolve works to make every study as accurate and useful as it can be, but no analytical model is perfect, and an automated AI-assisted one least of all. Every result should be reviewed and approved by a qualified engineer before it informs a decision. An answer you disagree with, or that later proves inaccurate, is not grounds for a refund.

Email support@drawsolve.com to request a refund or raise a concern about a charge. You can also dispute a charge through Link or your card issuer.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions and nothing to cancel.

Beta release and pricing

DrawSolve is currently in beta. The service is fully usable, but results may be less consistent than intended while we refine it, and some features may change or be temporarily unavailable. If you run into a problem or an unexpected result, email support@drawsolve.com and we will help resolve it.

All current prices are discounted beta prices and are not a commitment to future pricing. Purchases made during the beta are charged at the price shown at checkout and are not affected by later changes.

Export and legal

DrawSolve is a software service and does not ship physical goods. Use of the service is subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Liability

The service and every analysis it produces are provided "as is". DrawSolve is a tool built to empower human engineers and not an independent intelligence to replace them; as such your expert judgement and approval is required and assumed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrawSolve, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from any decision an analysis informs, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
